It governs the privacy terms of my demo Android Applications not limited to eGradani, Nakit - katalog, Prirodni sirupi by Zrinka, Plešivička vinska cesta, Zagreb, HNB Smjernice, Agile Manifesto, Hrvatske vinske ceste, Poslovni plan and website located at https://www.pepi.com.hr/. Also, it governs demo of Pepi Zoopam verison for Windows.

Demo applications are intended to be used in Croatia, only.

Your Privacy

Applications follows EU (European union / Croatian) legal requirements to protect your privacy. Privacy Policy is a statement that explains how information are collected from you, sharing your information and how you can limit sharing of your information. Demo applications collect all type of information user entered. Collected information are not shared or sold to other party.

Definitions

“Non Personal Information” is information that is not personally identifiable to you and that we automatically collect when you access our Website with a web browser. It may also include publicly available information that is shared between you and others.
“Personally Identifiable Information” is non-public information that is personally identifiable to you and obtained in order for us to provide you within our demo applications and Website. Demo applications and Website do not need any personally Identifiable Information from you.

Information Collected

As a Visitor, you can use my Applications or browse my website to find out more about my Applications and Website. You are not required to provide any Personally Identifiable Information as a Visitor nor registered user (during registration I do not check information you enter).
When you use Applications, I automatically collect certain computer information by the interaction of your mobile phone or web browser with my Android Applications.

The data we collect is: your IP address (internal) to assess whether you use the application for private or business purposes. The name of the application so that we know which application the data comes from. Application usage time so that we know what time of day you used the application. The user identifier is randomly generated and we use it to recognize how much a particular user uses a particular application as a whole, one opening of the application is one message with previous data. We do not have access to any of your personal data, so the previous data are completely anonymous and serve only to optimize the operation of the application.

Such information is typically considered Non Personal Information. Also, logging into the application is not possible, even if there is an option in the menu. As a user, you will be notified when logging into the application is possible and how it relates to this Privacy Policy, and this Policy will be updated accordingly.

The data we collect is automatically deleted when it is older than 90 days. In other words, we do not keep data older than 90 days.

Automatic Information

We automatically receive information from your web browser or mobile device. This information includes the name of the website from which you entered our Website, if any, as well as the name of the website to which you’re headed when you leave our website. This information also includes the IP address of your computer/proxy server that you use to access the Internet, your Internet Website provider name, web browser type, type of mobile device, and computer operating system. We use all of this information to analyze trends among our Users to help improve my Android Applications and Website.

Applications do not intend to transfer Personal Information without your consent to third parties who are not bound to act on Applications behalf unless such transfer is legally required.

The data you provide by e-mail is used only for the purpose you specified. I do not forward your e-mail addresses to third parties in any way.
